— WHAT'S THE COST? —
As each event is unique (just like you!), we've found it best to have a conversation so we can quote accurately for your occasion. Head to our ‘contact us page’ for our booking form - we aim to respond to every request within 48hrs. We offer a complete range of bar hire services suitable for parties and events.
Bar Hire Fee – Our bar hire fee varies depending on several factors, including the number of guests, hours of service, event location, glassware or disposable cups, and the number of staff required. For larger events with prepaid drinks packages or cash bars, we are sometimes able to waive the bar hire fee. Tell us a little about your event and we’ll be happy to advise.
TENs Licence – Any event serving alcohol requires a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). We take care of the application process for you, at a cost of £30.
Once we have a better understanding of your event, we can provide an accurate quote tailored specifically to your requirements. We aim to offer great value to all our customers, regardless of the size or type of event.

Welcome Drinks
People get thirsty fast at weddings! Having welcome drinks laid out ready to go as soon as your guests walk into the reception is a warm kick off to your celebration.

Toast Drinks
Raise a glass in style. We'll make sure everyone's ready with a full glass in hand for the speeches, so the toast lands exactly when it should.

Table Add-ons
Table Glassware (wine glasses, water glasses)
For a minimal cost per head, we can supply both water and wine glasses for your tables. We'll set the glassware and collect it at the end of the event.
Table Wine
We offer a popular red, white and rosé selection for our table wine, but we're happy to supply any of your favourites should you have a preference.
Table Water
Make sure your guests stay hydrated. We can supply elegant bottled Highland still or sparkling water for the tables, or serve up the Cotswolds' finest in our water jugs.
Aperitif / Digestif Packages
Kick things off, or keep things going, with an aperitif or digestif service. Our wait staff will offer table service with trays filled with your chosen beverages.
