We offer a complete range of bar hire services suitable for parties and events.
Our flexible and adaptable bar set up means that we can cater for a range of venues, such as marquees, barns, village halls, corporate spaces, private houses and gardens.
The bar arrangement can be tailored to suit both the size and style of your event. Whether you need a compact bar for an intimate gathering or a larger setup for a wedding or corporate celebration, we can adapt the layout to work beautifully within your venue.
This flexibility not only ensures the bar looks right in its surroundings, but allows us to comfortably accommodate your guest numbers and keep service running smoothly, so drinks are served quickly and queues are kept to a minimum.
The neutral, rustic styling suits the Cotswolds style perfectly, and our professional and adaptable approach means we can create a bar experience that works seamlessly with your event, whatever the setting or occasion.

Rustic Bar Hire
Rustic Bar including back bar with optics. Can also be lit up at night. Perfect for marquees, halls or private party areas.
We have four bars available, two fridges, decorative wooden crates and a draught machine. We modify the set up depending on the size of the space available and the number of guests.

Barrel Bar
Perfect as a Prosecco or Pimms station or for arrival drinks.

What bar service would you like?
Options for every event & budget
Standard Cash Bar
Our cash bar is the traditional way to run your bar — guests pay for their drinks individually, right at the bar. It's a popular choice because it gives your event a professionally run bar service for just a modest hire fee, payable by you as the organiser. We are able to accept card/contactless and cash.
We take care of every element of the bar service — staff, stock, equipment, glassware, ice, and garnishes — so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your event.
Open Bar
If you would like to put a set amount behind the bar for your guests to enjoy, we can operate an open bar. You simply set the budget and your guests can enjoy drinks until the allocated amount has been reached. Once the limit is reached, you can either advise us that you wish to 'top up' the available funds for an open bar or we can switch to a standard cash bar.
We will update you accordingly as the open bar amount is being used. Please note that open bars must be prepaid one week before the event.
Token System
If you'd like to offer your guests a set number of complimentary drinks, we can run a token system. This keeps things fair, with every guest receiving the same allowance. Once tokens are redeemed, we switch over to a standard cash bar for the remainder of the event.
Any agreed drinks tokens must be paid for one week prior to the event.
Dry Bar Hire with Staff
We provide the bar, all equipment and our staff to set up, serve, and run the bar for you - drinks not included. You simply supply the drinks and we take care of everything else. Ideal for anyone who wants to source their own drinks while leaving the logistics to us.
Price on request - dependent on the size and duration of the event and therefore number of staff required.
