Inflatable pub

1. The Inflatable Pub / Bar MUST be placed on a LEVEL surface. NO SMOKING inside the pub.
2. It is the responsibility of The Hirer to ensure that the area where the pub is to be inflated MUST be free of all obstructions, both on the ground and alongside. Branches overhanging from trees must be cut back. If the bar/pub is likely to be obstructed, cannot gain access or cause an obstruction it will not be put up and unfortunately you will still be charged the full price.
3. The Pub / Bar can be placed on the following surfaces: grass, flat beveled paving stones, tarmac, firm sand and tennis courts. ach pub requires at least 1m clearance from any obstructions when fully inflated, eg. our 8 x 6 x 5hm pub will require a 9 x 7m pitching space
4. The Pub / Bar needs to be secured to the ground once inflated so please consider this when thinking where to place it. It is secured using pegs in the ground. On solid surfaces we will use water weights.
5. The Pub / Bar must have access to a reliable electric source, as the inflatable blowers will be running through the duration of your event. Hotels, Pubs, Community centres etc. should have no problem with this. We will supply an extension cable & can also supply a generator if needed
6. We would ask that the Pub / Bar is to be kept inflated at all times throughout the duration of the event period and then deflated once the event is over.
7. A credit card number will be required to cover any losses or damages to our inflatables and associated equipment. Your card will only be charged in the event of loss or damage.
8. The Inflatable Pub remains the responsibility of The Hirer for the duration of the event. Any damage incurred may result in the full or partial loss of the deposit of £500.
9. Cancellation policy: If The Hirer cancels within 2 months of the agreed booking date then 50% of the full rental charge will be charged. If The Hirer cancels writing 1 month of the agreed booking date then 100% of the full rental charge will be charged.
10. By hiring the Pub you automatically agree to all of these terms and conditions.

Bar hire only

Bookings are secured with a £200.00 deposit (refundable if the event goes ahead) with any balance due four weeks before the event. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the hire date incur 50% of the full hire charge balance. Bookings cancelled within one week incur 75% of the full hire charge. Depending on the venue address (we will travel within the price stated within a 30-mile radius of Stroud) we may have to add a small travel charge to help with the cost of fuel if outside this distance.

Please note we pride ourselves on giving excellent service & value for money, so that we can continue to do this we have a strict policy on guests bringing their own alcohol which is strictly forbidden unless previously agreed on booking. If this is found to be the case this may result in either partial or full non return of your deposit. Please can you ensure that your guests are aware of this policy.
